Hey everybody Tony Horton has a new workout series coming out September 23rd. You can be one of the first people to try it out!
It’s a great workout and also includes modifications. Let’s face it some of those P90X moves were very advanced. This program is based on that one without the super advanced moves and each session is only 30 minutes in length!
